Very Grinchy Indeed

Christmas Eve dinner was a very....ummm..."traditional" Mexican feast of chicken, bean and cheese enchiladas, mango salsa, guacamole, cheesy corn bread and tortilla chips. Followed by a dessert of christmas cookies and The Grinch Who Stole Christmas cake!!
